As part of the INCB Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961 & 1971), all narcotics are controlled under a mandatory estimate system.
The status of each country's estimate is updated regularly and is available to view on the INCB web site.
Each year, the INCB issues its Annual Report (click image on far right to download) and Technical Report for both Narcotic (click image on left to download) and Psychotropic (click middle image to download) Drugs, detailing the World Requirements for the current year as well as statistics on manufacture, consumption, imports & exports.
