Small scale manufacture
The company's purpose-built small-scale manufacturing facility is designed for the manufacture of APls and the pilot-scale extraction of natural products to produce developmental/clinical trial material in the 1-30kg range.
Our state of the art potent facility allows for the safe isolation of hig
hly active or toxic materials such as Fentanyl and is equipped with 130 litre and 250 litre vessels, a presure filter dryer (40kg capacity) and a dedicated drying and milling facility. This newly commissioned unit complements our existing facility, which is equipped with a range of glass-lined reactors (20-50 litres) and a 50 litre rotary evaporator.
The small-scale unit is licensed for a range of controlled substances, and is ideal for the production of new chemical entities and other low-volume actives.
