Joining our team

When you join our staff team, you can expect a full induction covering Security & Fire, Occupational Health, Health & Safety and Quality. This will include the rules of the Company with regard to Security what to do in the event of a fire, Health & safety issues covering personal protective equipment and the Company cGMP standards.

You will meet also staff in Human Resources and get your photograph taken for your security badge. You need to give us your bank details so we can pay your salary by BACS. We will need your P45 from your previous employer to get your tax right. The HR department also arranges for one professional subscription to be paid on an annual basis while in employment.

You will also get your annual leave entitlement and information about getting paid.
